Overview

OPRA CD-2181B is a high-performance subwoofer designed for ground-stack applications, equipped with Dual 18-inch long-excursion driver and featuring a bass-reflex design.


When used in groups of three or multiples of three, the CD-2181B can form a cardioid subwoofer array. By placing one enclosure rear-facing and driving it with amplifiers supporting OPRA A+ software, precise low-frequency directivity control is achieved, greatly reducing rear sound radiation.


The enclosure is constructed of high-strength marine plywood, finished with IP56-rated impact-resistant and weather-resistant water-based coating. It has a front metal grille with acoustically transparent foam, 2 pcs each side handles for easy transport, and four rubber feet at the bottom to prevent scuffing.


An optional waterproof transport cover is also available to fully protect the front of the subwoofer during transit.
