Overview

OPRA LA-115S is a high-performance subwoofer designed for ground-stack applications, equipped with an 15 inch long-excursion driver and featuring a bass-direct design, which is suitable for a variety of permanent installation applications.


When used in groups of two or multiples of two, the LA-115S can form a End-fire subwoofer array.

By placing one enclosure rear-facing and driving it with amplifiers supporting OPRA A+ software, Long throw distance forward, Standard setup 4 units per array —— Line up the subwoofers in a row, all facing forward, make sure energy concentrated towards the front.


The enclosure is constructed from high-strength marine-grade plywood, finished with an IP56-rated, impact-resistant and weather-resistant water-based coating. It features a front metal grille with acoustically transparent foam, side handles for easy transportation, and four rubber feet at the bottom to prevent scuffing and abrasion.


The top panel is fitted with an M20 threaded flange, compatible with OPRA speaker stands and stand winders. An optional waterproof transport cover is also available to fully protect the front of the subwoofer during transit.
